Onion Soup with Oxtails

Didn't I see where someone had an onion soup recipe using Oxtails on here? If so, I'd love to see it. Its soup season, my grocer had Oxtails on sale today, and my wife loves french onion soup.

I think this is the thread you're remembering. You could put the meat in your soup. I've just never done it.
