Anybody ever ordered steaks from this place online? I'm curious what the quality is.

My parents used to order them when I was younger. Seemed like good steaks then but I was also 10 years old

Received them as a gift. Wouldn't order them for a friend. It was a gift.

Thanks guys!

So basically I would be better off getting steaks at a place like Calandros?

I figured they were no where close to the quality of a good steakhouse. Just wondering what they were comparable to.

Bad. If you want the order good steaks go with Allan Brothers.

Or Lobels.

But these days most cities have better options. BR good beef can be found Whole Foods, Calandros, Alexander's, Calvin's, Maxwells and in about 6 months Rouses.

For some reason, my mother went through a phase of sending the filet mignon to us a couple of years ago. They weren't anything I'd order. On the other hand, they were okay for free. We didn't use them when we had company but they were okay for a midweek meal.
