Steaksgiving. Sides stay relatively the same but we do steaks. Cook a turkey breast for gumbo followimg day.

We're doing brisket and smothered quail this year.

Can't remember the last time we did turkey. Usually do a whole prime rib or whole beef tenderloin. Depends on the crowd.
