Recently bought a set of Hexclad pans. Love them!

Clean up has been a breeze.

They aren't cheap and I'll be getting their pot set down the road.

I’ve had calphalon, all clad…… just not sold on the non-stick coating.
I bought some debuyer carbon steel pans 10 years ago. Yea, it’s more work to care for them and keep it non stick, but man these things cook. Even on an electric stove.

I bought a couple of All-Clad HA1 pans last summer and really like them. I really bought these because they work with induction burners.

My favorite and longest lasting nonstick ever was a Member's Mark brand skillet I bout at Sam's in their section with restaurant supplies about 10-12 years ago. I finally tossed it a couple of weeks ago because stuff started sticking. It never flaked at all. Unfortunately, I switched my Sam's membership to Costco for the wine options, but I may have to switch back just to buy some more of those pans .

I liked that.

Based on that video, Ninja is a surprisingly good brand.

This is dumb. The coating is absolutely fine as long as you don't heat an empty pan or use on high heat.

My statement was not dumb. Oh, so it's fine as long as you don't x, y, z. Seems very healthy.

You're also missing the fact that non-stick wears out no matter what you do. Everyone knows that. Guess where that coating goes.
