Surrey's Uptown, got an outside table there once and they were fine with my dog chilling on the ground under the table. Didn't try to bring him inside though so not sure on the policy there.
FYI no booze here but they allow BYOA, so we brought a bottle of champagne in a little soft cooler to make mimosas. Probably considered trashy by the F&D board but had an awesome breakfast.

I apologize. In DT NOLA type atmosphere- I can see bringing a dog.

You can buy drinks next store at Les Bon Temps which is also dog friendly.
