Never had sushi, need suggestions

Going to get take out from Hello Sushi. I definitely want cooked. What do you suggest? Is An Ebi roll cooked sushi?

anything with crab for first timers

Watched a show last night where Sushi was being served in Japan on top of a nude model as the serving tray.
Would any of you eat this?
FWIW, I would I have few reservations.
ETA: I agree with the sashimi reccomendations.

Tempura style sushi rolls are cooked (shrimp tempura, etc.)

Sushi is great. The wasabi/soy combo is great. I like it heavy, but it can clean your sinuses out. Enjoy!
