need recipe for Royal Reds

was in Pensacola this weekend and bought about 3lbs of Royal Reds. Need some ideas. Simply steam with seasonings, grilling,etc. Want some advice.

Less is more. Steam and serve with lemon and butter. Grilling would be good too but you run the risk of shrimp sticking and overcooking.

Exactly. also sprinkle some old bay while steaming
