Downtown Joes or Henry's might be your best bet. They're in downtown napa just a couple blocks from Morimoto on the river front

There is a bar/pool hall in downtown Napa called Billco's. It had the best craft beer selection that I found on tap - 60+ I believe. Pretty sure they had TVs there, but you may call just to double check.
