Muhammara: Has anyone tried making it?

Looks fairly straightforward. Do I need anything more than roasted red bell peppers, bread crumbs, ground walnuts, pomegranate molasses, cumin, olive oil, salt,garlic, lemon juice, paprika and Aleppo chile flakes or ground Aleppo chiles? Can you make it in a blender or does it turn out better in a food processor?

God, I can't thank you enough for posting this. I had some of this stuff at a restaurant and fell in love with it. Where the hell do you go about finding pomegranate molasses? Can you just reduce pomegranate juice?

Thanks for the video. The prosody/intonation of that guy's voice is a little difficult to tolerate when in an irritable mood.

I find it in Middle Eastern or Indian groceries. I usually can find Cortas brand. Also available on Amazon.

There are recipes online to make your own but I've never tried to.
