I think those are all fantastic. Great food, great atmosphere, great service (except Chimes).

I agree about chimes and Sammy's. I really like Dempseys and I rarely ever hear people talk about it so I don't think it's overrated. I would add Hello Sushi and Izzo's to the overrated list.

Ate here for the first time in about 7 years a month ago.
Food was almost inedible. Crawfish Bisque (which is one of my favorite dishes) was one of the worst things I have ever put in my mouth.
