Try Latil's Landing at Houma's House Plantation.

You've finally come to the right place for advice. There are some really good choices for an "expensive" dinner in Baton Rouge. You've defined that as about $75-100 per person? Now, does that include alcohol? What type of food?
If you're trying to impress a lady, Mansur's is probably a good choice. Maison Lacour is noted for it's true French cuisine, very intimate. Me and Mr. G like Ruffino's (reserve a table near the fireplace) for Creole Italian with some modern innovations, or Fleming's for a great steak and good wine.
Le Creole is new and is serving New Orleans style food. Haven't tried it, but it has gotten good reviews. You'll probably get some other good suggestions today.
