So I'm in Hawaii. Wife and I just had dinner prepared by one of the original Iron Chefs. I won't share what this cost, but it got me wondering.... what's the most you've dropped on dinner for two?

Why post and not share in full detail? Buyers remorse?

And to answer, the chef's table at Victoria and Albert's. It was around 800 for two of us, but it was the best meal of my life and absolutely worth it. 11 or so courses with wine pairings and 2 private waiters. I'll definitely do it again when I get the chance.

I'll have to ask the wife to be be sure, but somewhere around $375. Chef's Table @ Mabry House in Shreveport. Great experience, and excellent food.
