Yea im curious about that too. They said dont worry and trust the process. So ill see. About to start it now. If it comes out right, should be delicious. Im going to use everclear 190 proof.

I want to try that.

I don't drink whole milk, so I may just buy a gallon and try different batches.
Get rid of all this flavored vodka left over from Mardi Gras.

Yea i try not to drink a bunch of whole milk but i remember somewhere saying you had to use whole for this. Dont know why but thought i would let u know.
