It's Stuart smith again - he attacked Frenchmen last spring, was at the heart of the permit issue in the fall, is fighting the city over buku permits and is the attorney that filed this.
He has his firm, and a couple organizations such as "hear the music not the noise" that work in concert to appear like its a wider group of complainers. Truth is a majority of the people work for him.

This shite pisses me off, too. Never heard of the douche, so I googled him. Regarding the "noise pollution," something NOLA has had for years and years, here is what he put on his blog: Blather and Harry Shearer.

Yep - hosting a photography exhibit on 2nd floor. My guess is that it will be without music till the fall at the earliest.
