He was an a-hole when I worked there(2007-08) and I doubt he's changed.

Are they spread too thin? That is four locations I'm aware of. I've only ever eaten at the Lee Drive with the exception of eating at the original on Highland Road many years ago. It was good in that location. Ok at Lee Drive from time to time but it's just not a place on my radar anymore.

I've heard that. I've been introduced a time or two but never really met him.

No, there is a Sid Gautreaux on the menu at least at the Central location of Mike A.

I live in Central but I've never been to the restaurant because of all the bad pub. I've only been to Sammy's once.

Perhaps so. There was an instance we waited about 40 minutes for a table when half the restaurant was open...hostess said they were understaffed and couldn't sit people at the tables.

I worked at the same spot/position also, but back in '01. Hated when a big party would come in and Id get an order for 60 somethin Guitreaus
