I know everyone has their own diet/ eat right programs. Myself, to keep with it, will need some red meat and seafood involved. My plan is to eat beef, wild game, chicken breast, and seafood paired with sautéed veggies, with seasoning and olive oil to assist in cooking. Any thoughts on this plan? Any ideas of pairings that go together? Thanks for any input. Plan to mainly sear or boil the protein side.

We do this almost every night.

Grill or bake whatever protein

Sauté , roast, or steam whatever veggies are in season

Right now we are eating lots of carrots, cabbage, broccoli, spinach, and cauliflower
