Meal prep lunches - beef bulgogi bowls

Any meal preppers out there? Here is what I made for a few lunches for the week. Total ingredients 1lb 90/10 ground beef, 1 cup rice (uncooked), 1 onion, ginger, jarlic, cucumber, carrots, bulgogi sauce, homemade spicy mayo (Greek yogurt, mayo, lemon, salt, Sriracha)
By my best estimation, each portion is around 600 cal. Not sure of the macros, but I don't track those too closely.
Here's the onion, garlic and ginger in a dab of butter, just after adding the beef.
All mixed up
Quick pickles
Added the rice, meat with sauce, carrots, pickles to the Pyrex. Topped with sesame seeds and the spicy mayo. 4 healthy and filling lunches for the week.

How does this work with uncooked rice? Is it minute rice that cooks when you heat it up?
Or do you just mean it was 1 cup uncooked rice for measurements? That makes the most sense and now I feel dumb.

We grilled 8 burgers and a pork tenderloin today. Roasted a sheetpan of mixed veggies and a smaller pan of potatoes. We do this type of batch cooking almost every Sunday for the week.

My prep this week is Grilled Sirloin Pork Steaks which were 4 for $5.50 on sale at Rouses. After I grilled them I cut them of the bone and divided it into 5 portions. 2lbs of fresh green beans that I smothered in the rice cooker with bacon. $1 worth, bacon pieces were $2 on sale at Rouses and I used 1/2 a pack.
So for about $8 I have lunch all week.
