Only reason I ever go to McDonalds now is for their breakfast. The McGriddle is a glorious thing.

Sometimes you gotta get your food from anywhere. If nothing at all, it makes you appreciate your own cooking skills (provided you can cook decently). I enjoy an occasional run to McD~ love In n Out though.

I could go for a McGriddle with a large mimosa or maybe a White Russian... depending on if I'm feeling orange juice or dairy that day.

it blows my mind how mcdonalds has found themselves in this mess...it's even more mind boggling that they can't figure out how to fix it, because it's so fricking simple.
You sell hamburgers, French fries and shakes...how is this hard? ditch the apples and all of the stuff you added to appeal to people who never had any intention of eating at mcdonalds. these few people bamboozled them into thinking they were millions.
scale back the menu, stick to the basics, and get to cracking. ditch the 365 black stuff, stop catering only to African americans, because it's ruined your business. now mcdonalds has a ghetto brand image. No one is saying pretend to be fine cuisine, but also don't project such a crappy brand image.

I must have missed something I tell you one thing... I was fricking pissed when they got rid of hot mustard a while back. Apparently I wasn't the only one b/c that shite has made a comeback. There is even a FB page demanding the return of hot mustard.

100% agree. Places like 5 Guys have eaten into their business.
Pair down the menu to the bone. Hamburgers, fries, shakes, chicken nuggets. Breakfast. The end.
Use better ingredients for the burgers. Stop catering and marketing strictly to minorities.
