So what's the deal here, do I like Marty J or not?

His food could be the best in town, but Martini will not like it because Edwin Edwards rubbed Martini's butthole a little too hard.

To review, fin hates Tony's for running his unlicensed butt out of BR, and you & Martini are quarreling over E Neff...sheesh

I didn't think there was many restrictions on selling fresh shrimp or live crawfish out of a pick up truck.

I think most people are aware that you are buying this at your own risk

i'm sure the tony's family was and is pretty well connected, so if you do have to have a license to sell crawfish out of the back of a truck even though it's hardly ever enforced, fin must have caused them to enforce it.

I think I heard on the radio that MJ's will have take home family suppers that you have to heat up. I've tried those frozen ones that Calandro's sells, I can't remember the name but they're not very good.

Is Wayne a partner with Marty, or is Marty in it alone?

And, I don't know if they're open.

I would have guessed you spent some time on Plank Road while you were in college, but I would have guessed wrong on why.

And I'm in Tonys a lot because they have good prices and generally good product, but it's more because its close to work, not because its close to home. And anyone that hasn't seen EBT cards flashing around hasn't been paying attention. Them putting crawfish in an icechest so they can take cards for them was a pretty good business concept.

I might go for lunch...
But really don't like going to places that are brand spanking new.

I just ordered a few things I'm going to bring to some customers tomorrow afternoon. I'll post feedback.

Boudin balls & boudin links.

A friend of mine, who makes the best roast beef poboy I have ever had, said the roast beef poboy here was pretty legit. Not as good as he's ever had but pretty good for Baton Rouge.
