Looking for new dessert recipes

I have a major sweet tooth and am tired of always having cookies as a late night snack. I go to the store and it seems my only choices are more cookies. Anyone have any good dessert recipes to share? No fruit. I want sugar and chocolate and more sugar with chocolate on top.

Pecan pie
9" pie crust
2 cups pecans (small bag)
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup dark karo syrup
1 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp flour
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Preheat oven to 350. Bake crust for a few minutes until dried out. Beat eggs and add in all the ingredients. Bake for 20 minutes, then remove and cover with foil to prevent pecans from burning. Bake for another 40 minutes or so until done. Let cool, enjoy.
Then you put sugar and chocolate and more sugar with chocolate on top.

How about a mug cake? You can have dessert in five minutes if you keep the ingredients on hand. Here is one from the Pioneer Woman:
Chocolate Mug Cake
I would add a bit of chopped pecans or walnuts to her recipe, but that's just me. Oh, and either use a big mug or divide the batter in half for two small ones.
Here is one I made, which isn't exactly her recipe because mine is low carb (but not low calorie, so I can't make them very often):
The strawberries are optional. You can top with whipped cream or ice cream. Also, there are many mug cake recipes online, so if you don't like the result, try another. They aren't perfectly cake-like, but it is a dessert.
Here's the recipe for the low carb version, pictured:
Mug cake - low carb, gluten free (high fat)
I didn't use Lindt chocolate, I used dark chocolate morsels.

Does your store not carry ice cream? Or Sara Lee pound cake?
