I know you can put just about anything on a pork loin and it will turn out good but I'm looking for a good pork loin recipe that involves some type of fruit. Maybe apples or cherry? Either a compote or a glaze. Anybody have anything good to share?

I've always enjoyed a peach jam Flambe with bourbon and chunks of fruit.

you can really use anything. Don't be afraid to get creative and wing it.

Pepper-Crusted Pork Loin with Sweet Heat Sauce from Tom Fitzmorris is pretty damn good.
