Any suggestions, here on business, looking for some local eats to go pick up.

I normally like to eat at Spahr's when in Houma for seafood. Dave's is good too.

1921 is better than both if your looking for seafood. Spahr's has been off lately

1921 for seafood
Zen for sushi
Song Phi Nong for Thai
Big Mikes for BBQ (never been, but hear great things)
West Main Pizza or Peppers for Pizza
Cafe Milano or Cristiano's for upscale dining
The Duke for a good burger (also never been, but heard good things)
La Casa or El Paso for Mexican (Mexican in Houma is lacking, fwiw)

The Duke is very good. If your craving mexican, the trip to La Palma in Thibodaux would be worth it.

Oh, and OP, if you need a lunch spot...Griffins or the French Loaf is hard to beat for Po-boys.
And do yourself a favor and swing by Mr. Ronnie's for a donut or two if you'll be needing breakfast. Mr. Ronnie's is amazing.

May do that in the morning
Hit up 1921 and got the dungeness crabs, they were great. Usually don't see them around.

Their red velvet cake donut is my weakness.

Best seafood in town, despite the prices. Their chargrilled oysters rival Dragos IMO. Possibly better.
Glad you enjoyed it.

I've had that before. It's ridiculous.

The Duke or Big Mikes
If you're looking for something more expensive, Christiano's
