Guillary's in pine prairie and pineville is the best ive ever had. Tbays in basile and lejeunes in eunice are top tier.

Ah, can't believe I forgot Veron's in Lutcher.

Best deer sausage I ever had was from a guy in Raceland, I forget the name though

Whatever happened to Chiefs in Evangeline? Remember he had a giant bird house and some old tractor stuff outside but eh sausage was awesome.

Only one I know is Ken's Deer Butcher shop on 182 across from the truck stop. That's where all my family gets there sausage made. He'll also sell you the seasoning packs. He sets up at at the Farmers Market at the tourist info center at Hwy 90 and LA 1 on Saturdays when its not deer season and sell fresh and smoked pork sausage as well as beef jerky, which is better than Bourgeois.

In Shreveport/Bossier the best andouille is at Maxwell's in Shreveport. 2nd best is Bergeron's in Bossier.

For fresh sausage links the best is Bergeron's and 2nd best is Maxwell's.

Everything else is supermarket stuff and it's horrible.
