Lamb Loin Chops at Albertsons (pic)

Looked for something quick for lunch and saw they had some really great lamb loin chops for $8.99/lb. Got about a pound, and tossed in olive oil and seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Seared for about 3 minutes a side. Absolutely delicious and will buy again.
