What is the difference in choice and prime for tenderloin? I ask cause a choice tenderloin is already tender enough and I don't see a whole lot of marbling in it that would make me pay more for prime. Though for 9.99 that is about what people pay for choice tenderloin anyways.

Not much difference. Very little marbling on the Tenderloin no matter the animal.
Choice Tenderloin is usually sold for $18 at the store, but can be had for around $12 at cost co, etc.
$9.99 is about as low as you'll get it anywhere.
