Compared to Tommy's I would go to Sammy's each time... especially after my experiences at both...

Dempsey's does a good job with the fried stuff, but I don't eat much fried anymore and not much else on their menu floats my boat.

I really don't care for any of the Prairieville places mentioned in this thread, including Frank's.

Here's my take. I have tried this place several times. Like other have said I am done. No reason to ever go back. That having been said the place does seem to stay packed, in particular on Friday and Saturday nights. This bogs down the too small parking lot, causing issue for Tommy's as well as Roma Pizza. My solution? Tommy needs to move his Fish House to Ultima Plaza in the Old Santa Fe location. This place has been empty so long I am sure they would cut him a hell of a deal. Parking will no longer be an issue. Now granted Tommy may have to start opening on Sundays and/or Mondays but what the hell. Then, Roma Pizza moves in to the current Tommy's with now adequate parking for his business. I won't have to park at the dentist office and walk across the street to get a pie. Tommy then re-establishes his fish market in the current Roma location. In the back out of the way with limited hours. Win Win Win.
