I go w/ a cup of fat free vanilla yogurt, muscle milk or EAS in chocolate or strawberry w/ a banana and mix it in the bullet w/ ice and, POW!

been working at smoothie king for 5 years. Those things are extremely overpriced. There are some smoothies that are worth it like the gladiator, shredder, and hulk if you're looking for some calories, but 90% of our smoothies are nothing but a little bit of fruit and ice, that you're paying 5+ bucks for. not to mention that a small smoothie on average has about 60-100 grams of sugar, a tad bit less if you take out the turbinado.

Had a Vanilla Gladiator this morning actually; was deciding between that and an egg wrap on the go quickly
It was pretty good but I wasn't worried about the sugars today
