I've found this in my chicken livers

It's a black sack the size of a chicken heart, surrounded by yellow mass, which is connected to a pallid clump of liver. WTF?

Should I use the rest of the livers from the container? (Shown in the pic, smell is fine but that thing is flocking gross.)

that might be the gallbladder. error at chicken plant. high in nutrients if you can stand the taste consistency
