Everytime i eat lunch at Panera im disappointed. Its amazing how they can F up a basic sandwich.
For Chipotle, they are basic on purpose, they want to be the basic "burrito" or "taco" place. I like it but also like to mix it up with Moe's and Freebirds.
Chipotle has cut back on portions but i dont like their steak, guac, and salsa the best of the chains.
Freebirds quality has gone down since they went nationwide, but its still a solid alternative.

There is a place near me called uberrito, formerly mission burrito, which is damn good to me. Cilantro lime rice is a nice change of pace from the regular spanish. Also the salsas and cilantro ranch are great. Tons of toppings as well. Tough to beat a $5 chicken burrito on Mondays. I get a bowl every week.
Eta: The shredded pork is bad arse. Probably the best thing they have and what I get if I go any day other than Monday.
