Went to tonys the other day and it was a wide variety of good solid food. I had the muff which was delicious and a good value. My gf had the spaghetti and meatballs which were also tasty if you like more of the red gravy rather than the sweet red sauce. Veal parm would be good there I imagine.

Riverbend Bistro in Arabi would be outstanding even if it wasn't in Da' Parish brah. You could go with Rocky and Carlo's, Tony's or Ben's Pizza too. All would be very good.

Rocky's and Ben's. Both have good seafood and roast beef po-boys. Ben's has the upper hand with me because they have hot sausage PATTY po-boys. I had no idea there were any other kind until I ordered a hot sausage po-boy in Baton Rouge and got links.

It is, but no one from there calls it by it's full name. Not to mention, Carlos isn't "around" anymore. That's a helluva story if you ever want to ask one of the older ladies in the back what happened to Carlos.
