Has anyone had their fresh pasta? Hosting a dinner party on Wednesday and bought some of this to make a shrimp scampi. Looks fantastic; but had never heard of them until today.

It's the guys from Overpass Merchant in BR and Junior's in NOLA. I ordered the spicy meatball with vodka sauce for their Sunday UberEats dinner and it was
