That's what I was wondering about. Is it frozen? Crabmeat doesn't freeze well. The texture changes.

If its still fresh, get lb of ,peeled shrimp, pass them through a food processor till its kind of pasty season the shrimp and add 3tbls of bread crumbs, roll the crab meat in it and fry them for a few minutes,
