Okay, so I got home and needed to whip something up quick. Found some leftover rice in the fridge from yesterday.

Into a couple of cups of leftover rice, I put a teaspoon of that pre-chopped garlic in the jar, a couple of pats of butter and some good shakes of hot sauce. Add a tablespoon or two of water and loosely cover for 90 seconds in the microwave. Stir thoroughly.

Wow! Its outstanding!

I topped it with a handful of saute'd shrimp.

That hurts my feelings.

I am not pulling your leg though. This rice is rockin'. Don't soak it in butter and hot sauce. just a good pat of butter or so per cup of cooked rice and a few good shakes of hot sauce (I use Louisiana.) It's not like a gravy or anything.

Back off MF'er! This is going to make me rich. Don't steal my thunder. Besides, I put garlic on mine. That's COMPLETELY different.
