I thought everything at BWWs was just meh, but I've cracked the code. Traditional crispy with both of the hottest dry rubs mixed...not 1/2 and 1/2, both of them full dose. This is the jam.

I love how you are always calling the most common things trashy, and yet here you are raving about cheap chicken double dosed with salt.

Its not a carpaccio or a hamachi tartare, but I'm also on a town called Tullahoma in the middle of nowhere Tennessee. Apparently critical cuisine isn't the calling card of this place.

Y'all are still pissed I called out my MIL for making that Doritos casserole. I had no idea that would offend people that much.

I think every MIL has a Doritos casserole recipe. That's funny.

I posted this, with an uncomplimentary description

...and apparently I'm a horrible person for doing so.

ETA: I was really just showing off my backsplash...but it backfired.

I've never had a Doritos casserole in my life.

Sounds like something hulklogan is gonna have for his next cheat day.

Omg that backsplash is so unique! Did you order it special from a guy in Bosnia?

I've never had it either. But it's totally something my ex-MIL would have made. A friend of mine recently bitched to me about her MIL's Doritos casserole. I believe hers was a chicken variation. Healthier! :)

Nope, ordered the scrap glass from some lady in Florida then picked out all of the squarish ones. i wanted something truly random and ultimately unique, so yea...you can't buy this...I dare someone to try and waste this much time.

That's just laying on the floor in the mock up stage.
I suck at taking photos, but here's the matching one to the stove backsplash.

ETA: Made all of my concrete counters and I made that little blue shelf piece as an accent...it didn't come out the smoothest being 4" thick. I tried to mix that small batch in a wheel barrow and I didn't exactly get it homogenous.

Unbattered wings?

That's hard to frick up. I do them often because my kids like them and that was our fried chicken coming up. We sprinkle a bar be que little rub on the when done or a little creole seasoning.
