my gf ran a food truck. it just about killed her, she nixed it after a year (and getting the obligatory food network appearance) 
i dont understand how those guys w/ the fire trucks and ambulance make enough money to cover maintenance on those things. looks like it would cost a fortune in gas and upkeep just to sell some ribs or a sammich.
although that fire truck *IS* cool as shite. just makes me cringe thinking about how much it costs to keep it going.
