I like the Gloria's Hazelnut for a change from regular coffee. The Folger's Black Silk is also pretty good.

Green Mountain Southern Pecan is the most delicious coffee in the world.

Pump the brakes, pal.

K-Cups aren't even as good as McDonald's coffee.

But the real problem I have is that the K-Cups are terrible for the environment. Most of the packaging just sits in Land Fills. Stuff like this, along with plastic water bottles, are going to be a problem in the future.

In my opinion, its just another aspect of America getting fat and lazy.

Good point DEANO. Plus there's the article I've posted on this board several times explaining how much less value you get out of Keurig cups as opposed to regular drip coffee. Paying that much more for less product isn't worth the convenience to me. Plus they simple don't taste all that great.

I disagree. There are some good ones out there. Plus you can get one of these

And use fresh coffee grounds.

I never understood it, but there are some people that absolutely hate the idea of the keurig. I like it because i can make 1 cup of coffee before i head out to work, instead of making a whole pot just for one cup of coffee.

I agree with that and was happy when my mom switched to those with Community.

I don't necessarily HATE the Keurig, but just don't think the coffee is great. But I also prefer drip or french press.
Also, you know you don't have to make a whole pot, right? You could make say 3 cups, fill up you go cup, and be on the road in the time it takes you to brush your choppers.

Until you have tasted all of the 250+ varieties, I think your statement is baseless

For me I like foldgers black silk, starbucks house blend, caribou mahogany

I drink one cup a day so the economy of it does not really make a big difference to me, the convenience is very nice

I don't really like the brewing it does. I don't have to taste them all to know I prefer my coffee not made in a Keurig. If I make a cup with Keurig and a cup with a french press I will take the french press every time.

Green mountain is losing their patent on the kcup in September

Hopefully some new competition shows up and we see the benefits of competition as the costs fall

They already have Starbucks Kcups and my wife loves them
