How long does crawfish etoufee last in the fridge...

I usually go a week on non seafood items and 3 days on seafood

For as long as i've been alive, we've frozen it and it's lasted for up to a year. We used but crawfish meat in large quantities and my dad would make giant pot of it and we'd divide it up and take it home and freeze it. Then we'd have it for most of the year. This began long before the crawfish farm industry exploded onto the marketplace.

We do this also. Freezer is greater than fridge though.
