How do you handle a horrible burrito roller at Izzos?

As if a 2oz cup of queso doesn't piss you off enough, how do you approach the guy or gal who absolutely sucks at making burritos? Went today and got my usual regular with half chicken half steak. Well, the kid llegit lifted up the spoon to make sure it was a perfect half scoop, which when it was poured on the burrito was maybe 6 pieces of steak. The chicken was equally as laughable. At this point the burrito was basically all rice and I had to pay for extra meat, which isn't really cheap eats. I was polite and ended up eating my pencil thin burrito, but I just couldn't enjoy it like I usually do. My lov hate relationship with Izzos continues.

I'll teach you a little secret.. Get chicken and when they ask you which kind you want pick a kind. Once they've scooped it and began to pour it say "actually just give me mixed." At this point he's already gone too far and is just gonna load that scoop on. Then he has to go back and get another scoop for the mixed. about 9/10 you get two scoops and don't pay extra.

Went today and got a burrito bowl. The baw filling the bowl was skimping on the chicken and beans. Asked him if he didn't mind putting some more of both in the bowl so I didn't have to eat a bowl full of rice. He looked dumbfounded for a second and then put the correct amounts in there. This has happened the last two times I have gone there so I am hitting up management because I shouldn't have to tell their employees to put an appropriate amount of food in an $8 bowl

When this happens to me at Chipotle my first step is to give a disapproving look. If that doesn't work I say can you put a little more and they do.

That's my thing. It's expensive already so it's bullshite when you get a lame burrito. They sure as hell don't skimp on rice and beans if you ask for those.

Panda Express does the same shite.
They ask you what side you want, rice or noodles, and proceed to scoop 3 huge spoonfuls out of the bowl on to your plate. They look at me like I'm crazy when I tell them to stop after one scoop.
I don't eat there often, but it has it's benefits if I'm in a hurry.

There is a local place (chain) here called Moe's. One thing I can say is they don't skimp on the stuff they put on your burrito.
I know Mexican isn't supposed to be expensive, but IMO Moe's is a pretty good food value.

I've never been to Moes or Izzo's but now I have to. And I pity the poor kid that half a scoops me.

I've only ever had that problem at the Burbank location. Never have it at the Bluebonnet location.
I will say something if they skimp. Your scoop is your scoop, and if they scoop big and try to shake a bunch out to get it down, I'll tell them to hold up.
