I don't. Pastalaya is an abomination.

Is this that main course?
Will there be other things to eat?

Main course, I'd do 6 lbs of pasta
If not, 5lbs would be good.

You use the same weight of pasta as you would rice. 1 to 1 1/2 quarts of liquid per pound.

The Jambalaya Calculator can help with the amounts. There's a pastalaya tab at the bottom.

10 pounds/100

So as said, 5-6 would be good.
