I went there for a Sunday afternoon drink last month and the table next to us had some legit looking brunch pancakes - needless to say I was shocked a great beer bar would have awesome looking breakfast food.

Not sure if they still do it, but last time I was at Flying Saucer they had a blind beer or something to the effect. You don't know what you're gettting, but the bartender randomly pulls out a 16 oz can of a local craft for discounted price.

USED to be best IPA from Houston, but it's not even that anymore, much less best beer.
