had lunch there today it was fantastic
my friend & I split a large shrimp and a large catfish poboy, fries and onion rings

not going to sugarcoat it, it was 50 bucks…but it was really really tasty. Perfectly fried, great bread, fries were fine, rings were superb

good looking place too
try it out if you’re in the area

Everything on that menu, besides the crawfish bread, is top notch.
My favorite dish so far is the fried pork chop over red beans and rice.

$50 sounds about right. Their prices aren’t that bad. Just checked their menu.

Shrimp poboy $14
Fish poboy. $13
Fries: $3.50
Onion rings $5.50 or $8.00 depending on if ordering the side or appetizer.
Dinks: ?

So right at 36-40 before drinks and taxes.

Could easily cut that down by sharing one poboy and one side. Their portions are pretty generous.

yeah the sides are a la carte, that jacked up the bill. It complaining at all, just full disclosure is all

definitely it was worth it. Huge portions (more than I really needed to eat). I would really like to know their fry recipe process…the catfish was sublime

Wow. You didn’t find something to bitch about? That’s not like you

Fries has enough salt on them?

How many times do you think you’ve complained at restaurants to get a free meal?

Was just about to ask about Zachary. Shame, they can use some better restaurants.

We go to the Zachary Hot Tails a couple of times a month with several friends. Food is very good, place is clean and friendly, prompt service.
No complaints from any of us.

from what I saw and ate at pville I would be very surprised if the Zachary location isn’t just as good. The place is very well run
