Homemade deer Burritoes for the freezer

6 lbs of ground deer
1 can mexi seasoning
45 mid size tortillas
1/2 large can of nacho cheese

I don't really love deer meat, and I definitely don't think I'd love it with canned nacho cheese.. previously frozen and microwaved...

.. but I like the idea of making your own burritos for the freezer.

Until you have some from Mickey Brown's, the the OP has a pretty good looking substitute, just add a pack or two of Taco Bell sauce and the best 1 minute meal around

Dont fill them too much. Spoon in some meat, some cheese, then fold the 2 ends in. Then fold the two flats to cover the ends. Then have a preheated pan ready. You actually cook the tortilla on med heat to seal it closed. I'll post a pic.

I actually called mickey browns to get some info before I started. They told me they used 100% deer meat mexican seasoned, with a cheese sauce. This is my variation. I made those 40 in about an hour.

Im doing some Friday. Prolly do about 8 pounds venison 2 lbs pork. Use 1 whole onion a a bell pepper. I used the queso Blanco velveta last year. Prolly try something different
