Sorry to hear this,
I had a few dealing with him and he seemed like a genuinely good guy.
I enjoyed his cooking for sure. Hated when he left the Old Hammond joint.
Wasn't long ago he opened the place in Plaquemine. How did that go out there ?

about the same as always. Nice restaurant, good food but just couldn't make it work.

I enjoyed his food. Had my rehearsal dinner at his location on O'Neal. Food and overall dining experience were excellent.
