Going to grill some hamburgers tonight. Anybody got any favorite things to add to the meat to kick it up a notch? I Usually do S&P, some Worcestershire sauce and Dijon. Thanks in advance!

grind up some hot smoked sausage in the food processor till about like sand then mix in 1/3 sausage to 2/3 ground pork. season with an egg yolk, finely chopped sage, salt/pepper, paprika and cavenders

grill till done then make a chili sauce/mayo/chipotle sauce for the buns

I keep mine very basic. Salt and pepper in the patty and Cavenders on the top.

I was playing with my new meat grinder yesterday and ground up some boneless skinless chicken thighs. Seasoned up heavy on the cayenne and add a tad bit of pork fat. It made an excellent burger patty.

Pork is a game changer. Breck's mixes their beef with pork 5 parts beef to one part pork. It lets you cook the shite out of the burger but keep it nice and juicy.
