Did it come with a worm in it?

I poke whole cloves all over my ham then:
1 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1 can crushed pineapple
1 tbsp. mustard
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils. Then brush on ham.
