Cut it up into nice size chunks & put in a big bowl
Vegetable or olive oil-enough to coat the meat
Season All-whichever one you like
Garlic & onion powder
Black & red pepper
Cajun power garlic sauce
Worcestershire sauce
Minced garlic
Marinate 24-48 hours, give it a stir every few hours. When you take the meat out to brown, save any extra marinade & add some water to it, I use that as the liquid I add as I brown the meat & when I add liquid to simmer & make gravy.

Yellow mustard, white vinegar and Tony's. Let it marinate at least 2 or 3 days.
