Wife wants “non-toxic” cookware set and I told her I’d buy Jerome for Christmas. She thinks she’s down to one of these two. Any pros/cons to each or experiences/anecdotes to share before we pull the trigger?

Jerome usually doesn't charge as long as you're willing to sit in a chair and record it.

I don’t think there’s much time to debate if this is for Christmas 2023!

I have Green Pan skillets & pots
No complaints so far, I use the pots more than the skillets, no issues with sticking

ETA
I do have 1 complaint
The handle on the lid gets too hot to lift off with your bare hands
The ones I have are GreenPan Chatham Black Prime Midnight Hard Anodized

We have a set of green pans. Probably the best pans I’ve used when it comes to even heating. But the finish isn’t very durable in our case. Both of the shallow pans we have are chipped. No idea how they got like that because we never use anything but wood or silicone in them. And we towel dry them and put them away so they aren’t sitting out.
