Has anyone tried these?

Over the weekend, a friend asked me to make something for her. She selected what she wanted and bought all of the ingredients. She bought these products in parsley and cilantro. I could taste a little salt, but they worked great. They're really more "wet" than dried. They were interesting.

I tried the cilantro a couple weeks back in some salsa during the great cilantro drought of '15. I thought it was not nearly as good as fresh cilantro.

Nothing beats fresh, but the cilantro flavor held up well in what I made. Wonder why.

Don't know Gris. I just couldn't pick up a whole lot of the cilantro flavor in the salsa. Maybe I should have added more, but I put a whole container in there for about 2 quarts of salsa. Wasn't bad, just not the one way ticket to cilantro flavor town I though I was buying..

Should have been enough for that amount in my opinion. Too bad it didn't work. I've only used them the one time. I'm going to experiment a bit with them. I bought some more to see how it worked in other things.
