At the corner of Old Sterlington and Fink's Hideaway. They are very good. The proper ratio of skin, meat and fat, they are bite size , and come with good seasoning. A quarter pound lasted me one and a quarter miles .

I'll have to check it out. Do they do boudin balls too?

I don't think so, but they are selling boudin out of a warmer. I didn't try it. I'll find out from Randall who his supplier is. The cracklins are made on site, But I doubt the boudin is.

Yep. Just talked to Randall and bragged on them. The boudin is from down south, but the name he gave me didn't stick. I'll get a link this next week for breakfast one day.
