What are some of y'all favorite bites to cook/eat at local charitable golf tournaments? We probably cook at 4 or 5 a year and are looking for some new ideas... TIA

I'm a fan of the sausage dog. Easy, one handed handling and pairs well with ice cole beer.

Bacon wrapped shrimp. Don't need a plate or fork to eat it, and is a nice step up from the usual fare.

I play in a scramble every year and there is a guy that does lamb chops there. So good, no utensils needed.
I do them at home, super easy & quick.
